DATE CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally date modification is necessary. 30 days lead time is required. Rarely cancellation occurs. A 60 day lead time is required or a fee of 60% of the contracted costs will be assessed.

SPACE and EQUIPMENT NEEDS

A space of about ten feet deep and twelve feet wide is ideal minimum to allow audience participation. I bring a wireless lapel PA system but need electricity.

PROGRAM SERVICE PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is to provide quality, satisfaction guaranteed programs regardless of one's ability to cover "actual" expenses. If an actual financial hardship exists, we'll make ever effort to accommodate! Please be fair about a request of this nature.

COST CONSIDERATIONS

Our program expenses are not supplemented by secondary sources as are most hobbyists, itinerant part-timers, public service or corporate representatives, or the volunteer parent with a specialized skill or hobby. The M & M*TEAM performs on stage and public television regularly but is not "fully funded". We are a non-profit corporation yet overhead exists.

Some cost considerations include mileage, travel and site time as well as advertising, postage, office overhead, telephone, insurance, employee compensation, prep time, promotion, and equipment. Intangibles such as communication, effectiveness, seasoned talent experience and, guaranteed professionalism are additional cost considerations.

EFFECTIVE YET MORE COSTLY: SOLO

2 programs in a half day at one site has a rate of $350.00*. An additional program in the same half day is $50.00. No assistance to help us fill the other half day is necessary.

"DAY-SHARE"

Two separate schools of the same or nearby districts (within a 25 mile or half hour radius) may 'DAY-SHARE'. Two programs are conducted at each site for $325.00* per site. A third program is an additional $50.00. You make initial contact with the second site thereby saving us booking time and YOU $50.00 from the SOLO rate.

"FULL DAY"

Up to 4 programs at the same site for $650.00*. Unless the student population exceeds 400 students or spans k-12th grades, a "DAY-SHARE" is financially advantageous and adequate.

EVENING PARENT PROGRAM: provided in-class programs have been scheduled, the program is $125.00. An evening program alone is $250.00*.

SINGLE MASS ASSEMBLY: Due to diverse age, attention spans and maturity levels; mass assembly programming is discouraged in an ACADEMIC SETTING. Full or half day rate applies depending on travel time.

GENERAL AUDIENCE PROGRAMS

Entertainment not education is the program's emphasis though it is thematic. Audiences often are mixed ages. The cost is $250.00* .

*EXPENSES: (locations 100 miles or further)

The following expenses may be added:
Mileage -- Round trip miles x 32 cents per mile
Lodging -- Prevailing rate of area . The M & M*TEAM will arrange accommodations.
